Cancellation policy

Your reservation must be confirmed with a credit card. Upon confirmation of your reservation, your credit card will be charged the day before your pickup. At that time, your card will be charged for the full amount to include any return trip reservations.
If you require a cancellation, please contact us before 5:59pm the day prior of your scheduled pickup. There will be a $7.00 cancellation fee associated.
Upon receiving a cancellation notice, we will contact you to confirm the requested cancellation. Unfortunately, Huachuca Shuttle and Taxi cannot refund payment if reservations are not cancelled by 5:59pm the day prior to scheduled pickup or in the event of a no-show.
